Our School » FAQs

What is a charter school?
Charter schools are primary and/or secondary schools that receive public, and sometimes, private monies. Charter schools are attended by choice, but are similar to public schools in that they do not charge tuition. Due to class size and the demand for enrollment, most charter schools hold lotteries for admittance. The lottery is open to all students. You can find out more about charter school on the Texas Education Agency website.
